I’m Jules, your dedicated and reliable property manager.

I’ve been a property investor for over ten years, property manager for over 8 years and I hold New Zealands highest residential property management qualification.

Prior to entering property management I was a chef working in some of New Zealands best fine dining restaurants and later on I also worked on some of the largest superyachts, for some of the wealthiest clients, in the world.

My mentality as a highly effective chef was “Good enough is never enough” and I apply that same mentality to the property management service I provide.

For me, being an effective property manager means fostering positive and respectful relationships between landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties uphold their obligations at the highest standard. Achieving this not only ensures the protection and care of a landlord’s valuable asset, but also helps tenants feel at home and integrated within their community. In short, I love to go the extra mile for everyone we engage with. 

Managing my own rental portfolio since 2014 has given me invaluable insight into what both landlords and tenants need to create a successful rental experience.
